If Hadrian can build as accurately as claimed then internal walls can be prefabbed.
You only need to build them 5mm smaller than required and pack the difference.
Same as they do for window frames on block builds. (Troopy).
You will probably find they will be a mixture of the 2, Some block internal and some timber.
Depending if single story or Multi story.
Block walls will be load bearing walls if slab 1st/2nd floors, if a truss style 1st floor/ceiling then timber internal walls.
