this is the definition of law:

"he collection of rules imposed by authority"

that's it - nothing to do with moral beleifs

Well in a democratic society, of course it has everything to do with moral beliefs. Laws are imposed by authority given the task by the people of imposing law.

You oppose killing - "thou shalt not kill" - right?

so how do you justify war - especially one "we" start?

Not sure what war has to do with murder in society. War again is morally accepted as a way of protecting yourself. Whether, in particular situations, declared war is right or wrong is another matter. If you kill someone in self-defence, that is considered morally just.

the alternative is no "anarchy" - anarchy is an orgaised system with law - it just doesnt have a political "leadership".

    i think you mean "nihilist"

No I mean anarchy, a self-governed society with no real way of imposing law on one another.
