"5 cents to the dollar for secured creditors not mug shareholders like us. we've done our dough - serves me right for lack of due diligence - i do think the directors ought to be prosecuted for fraud - the pre failure announcements were pretty upbeat but all fiction it seems. I think they've done a bunk to the us with about 4mil in their pockets.
