5. Merger with PLL to form major US focused Lithium powerhouse and attract IRA funding. (PLL would divest all non US assets)

Number 5 is one that I thing about lot about and have posted about on occasionally and still consider a distinct possibility or an arrangement that might also involve another player.

It immediately eliminates the issues around NAL and would become 100% owned within a new entity and as its the only near term source of revenue from spod and the quickest and cheapest source of downstream revenue means it can be focused on moving forward based on merit and not biases...as you say the other assets can be dealt with on a case by case basis.

I have no idea on how it would be done and there are bound to be issues but it ccertainly wouldn't supprise me if its being considered...many companies are the result of previous mergers..
