    Signs of commonsense in the Qld Govt. The other good thing about this news is that surely the Govt processes have assessed things thoroughly and come to the conclusion that DEL have the required capability. I see this as an endorsement - one which we badly need to be assured of. Some rerating required here if only moderate.
