And it’s not just the ASIC litigation, it’s the ATO case with Karantzis, the litigation with Lakspur v Karantzis, Karantzis trying to skip the Country whilst being barred from doing so, the farcical ASX case and the list goes on. Oh and how about his false Linkdin legal credentials?
One google news search on IX and Karantzis from any Fund Manager and boom!
If there’s any chance it could list, Karantzis will not be at the helm and at a minimum all the litigation resolved and settled etc.
I mean put your foot in a Fund Managers shoes. Pretty sure anyone sane would go Next!
