I'm assuming Aussie will, over time, bring Superloop customers onto their network, perhaps still under the superloop brand, and therefore gain the effeciences associated with that, selling off any parts of Superloops assets or infrastructure that is superfulous.
So in that respect, Superloop not being profiable could be a benefit, as Aussie is likely getting them a lot cheaper than if they were profitable.
