Why are we paying for all this copper telephone wire the advances in two way radio will render it uselss by the time its built.
Where's the comparison? Two way radio had limited range, it could not satisfactorily do the job of the telephone. Laying copper cables was a first, not a speed increase.
All NBN is doing is wasting money on increased speeds that the majority of households just dont need. It would have been like, in the 50s, quadrupling the amount of copper wires and connecting 5 telephones to every household so that you could talk to more people at once and save time, however, practically you cant talk to 5 people at once.
