The average ALSFRS score on MND diagnosis is 38.7 +/- 5.64.

Our longest patient on the MND trial post diagnosis is 48 months.

Relyvrio reduces the ALSFRS by minus 1.24 per month.

The average longevity for a patient on a minus 0.6 score per month is 46.5 months. So that's nigh on 4 years

The autophagy Monepantel affect is cumulative over time.

A one point drop on the ALSFRS score equals an increased mortality of 7%.

The ALSFRS score is not linear. So if Monepantel drops the score to a minus 0.6 units per month it doesn't mean the mortality rate is 4%.

They will be using Bayesian statistics to get a probability distribution of the mortality rate v ALSFRS so I come up with the figure of 6 years

Its the best I can calculate.
