you are misconstruing things to suit your view, i think.
NICC announcement was unknown to TSEG last Monday, they delayed their results because they needed to understand it all. Totally acceptable in my view. The idea they delayed their results to get some type of SP growth is a bit laughable.
They indeed are a penny stock at the moment, that's about the only thing you have said i think is accurate.
