    There are many companies that deal with all sorts of inside info that they need to discuss with others outside of the company. E.g. negotiations with customer offtake partners, technical and geological consultants, labs for assays, government official, lenders, etc etc. There will always be people with inside info that are legally required not to share that info or trade on it.
