It's a complex topic duel porosity systems, it's even more complicated as fractures aren't uniform and some can be in contact with the water table at the oil water contact. Fortunately the 1B is a long way from showing any water and that bodes well. It's interesting as some fields are dependant on fractures for production and other fields drilling around them is a better option. Only production data will validate the best way to plan wells and complete them going forward. So there will be trial and error for a period of time until management are happy with knowing recoveries and optimum drilling.

There are some good publications out there on dual porosity systems and the long term findings on whether recoveries are impacted.

As we haven't found an oil/water contact yet it's hard to say how big this really is.
