Indeed. And the second announce today confirms Mitsubishi Financial (MUFG) also continue to sell down their substantial holding, 7.6% -> 6.6% the past week.
Actually the SP is holding up reasonably well in the face of two large holders exiting, but we'll continue to sag until they are both done selling. No short term gains on offer in EML, but IMO patience is likely to be rewarded with a punch through $1 once they are done.
