''Been married 47 years and back then we could tell the difference without needing to ask about this information''
that's the point dopey
yes, you could tell the difference ------------------------------- now put in into words ---------------- 'how'
describe 'woman'
When my mates ask me about my gf, I describe her as 'impossibly french' ----------- what does that mean?
well, it would take hundreds to thousands of words to describe it ---------- but, when you spend a little while with it --------- you know it
it's the same way that when someone is asked 'what is a woman' ------------------ one, if they have a brain, stops in their tracks and thinks - and thinks and thinks ----------- and finally says 'arrrh, I'll get back to you'
far easier to look down the street and point one out -
how many of us have had this experience --------
you spend a lot of time with a 'person' (might be a 'woman' work colleague, might be a friend, might be someone you just see on occasion)
but, they are just 'a person' ------- there's nothing in it between you as far as 'woman and man' goes.
then for some reason - one day ---------- she might decide that you are of 'interest', you might decide that you want to ask her out, she might decide that she wants something and that 'turning it on, might help'
but, what happens and it's like a switch --------------- 'woman' appears
there's a total change in the dynamic, there's a total change in the whole story
the 'person' at work ---------- who you meet in a bar and dance with ----------- has 'transformed' from 'person' to 'all woman' (and then, usually, life gets really complicated)
if you have never had that experience ------------- oh well, sorry for you
