I suspect a lot of those sort of comments will be made directly and behind closed doors. From that small clip, I got the distinct impression that he’s running with the narrative that “if the O&G companies aren’t incentivised to invest in renewables then who will?” Reading between the lines this is a pitch to ditch the windfall tax.
