Is there a way of finding out if the one bidder has multiple bids at a given level? For e.g. there are 30 bids on PRE with a quantity of 31 million at 0.8c

If this turns out to be one main bidder, and the bids are removed when the sp moves down to it, then they have no intention to buy 0.8c and this is no more than a confidence scam and should be investigated.
