By “civil unrest” you mean like when Piggy went on a rampage to Moscow because of the horrendous number of dead and injured Russians his Wagner suffered in trying to take one single Ukrainian town over 10 months?
That kind of civil unrest because of sustaining a incomprehensible number of casualties wouldn’t happen surely…
