MAybe it is a low ball offer and maybe it is worth a lot more than $1 , perhaps $10, who knows, but profit is profit and by knocking back an offer thats might be on the table , then you put yourself at risk of waiting another 15 years for another offer, who knows ? All guess work by me just as everyone else's opinion.
