The rights issue has not been sold to investors. No presentations or interviews to convince people the company will improve from here. No figures of demand for the devices to justify increased manufacturing. i imagine the take up will be low. I wont be throwing any more money at this until we have real communications about the direction of the company. Management seems chaotic with a buyback for no good reason, then a loan from CEO which may not have been required if the buyback didnt occur and within weeks a rights issue instead.
