I can see how a high US$ crimps csl profits
but not sure how the aussi might lead to commod prices going up
theoretically if the A$ goes up it makes our resource companies less profitable also
However you seem to be suggesting that commodities are some how linked to exchange rates.
Perhaps as exchange rates up it means there is a big demand for aussi resources and stocks so this might mean higher commodity prices.
would that be right?
