China’s blue sky was a smoke screen that projected a good image temporarily. For China to focus on the economy and not Co2 emissions is the reason green steel isn’t being taken up at the rate it should. China is responsible for almost a third of emissions and with almost no reduction still emitted far more than any other country in the world.
GRR product needs China to change away from dirty cheap FMG style ore towards higher quality products
