    I'm no expert and have no idea what goes on behind the scenes, but why is there a delay on agreeing on a listing date? I'm assuming we've met all of the criteria required by NASDAQ since CRML has the notice of effectiveness. Is this just a matter of deciding when the listing would be most value appreciating to shareholders or do the NASDAQ require something else or have certain rules?
