    but mircat. NATO is a defensive alliance - if any member nation is attacked they will join forces to aid that country in their defence.

    are there any Muslim nations that are members of the alliance?

    please find another org for your argument mircat. UN "peace-keepers" are what I would suggest as appropriate.
