I think given how recent the CR was there's probably still a few loose shares being shaken loose that people are trying to soak up - given how illiquid the stock is currently its not hard to do.
Not sure who it would be with that late order but it makes sense, price sold down below CR during the day then a bid is thrown out at CR price to entice anyone wanting to offload them back at break-even. Good price to accumulate at.
