The inclusion of that comment makes me think the exact reverse and that is part of the negotiating. If One follows Neros investment style and the number of corporate actions they have had many of which have been facilitated by them , I would suggest the exact opposite happening behind the scenes, you don’t need to make such a comments unless you’re in negotiations
