Just looking at the numbers, if we keep going this direction, there's about 2 months left in the game - sliding 0.01 a day constantly eventually gets you there. At least we'll be close to old friends like EDT trading at 0.071. So how does one put a proposal to remove a director and what percentage of stocks held are required for Valad to accept such a proposal and put it to the vote.
