This is a good point Kiwi. There was conjecture premarket that that 12M buy placement would be pulled. It didn't to everyones surprise. It eventually got sold into. Then lo and behold the latest announcement followed the next day with a temporary spike in price ..... then the dump.

If that buyer sold out that's got to be the most blatant case of Insider Trading I've ever seen. So much so I've queried my broker about it. I've heard from another source that it probably wouldn't be investigated because it involves less than half a million dollars. Here's hoping it will be investigated.
