    I doubt whether anyone read the document, let alone proofread it.

    There is some Great Analysis of the status of the ISX letter of credit over on the NSX HC thread. It's worth checking out. I'm still not sure why ISXFU shareholders voted to do that. I would have thought that paying a dividend or paying the costs to list would have been better, but anyways as I don't hold I guess my view on that vote does not matter.
