    Calm down everyone.. The Appendix 5B statement included:

    Explanation necessary for an understanding of the transactions
    As per the announcements dated 12 August 2010 and 14 September 2010 respectively, the
    Company successfully raised $8 million through a placement to sophisticated investors which will
    be reflected in the quarterly report for the September 2010 Quarter.
