Seems plausible, Power and water would be much cheaper, easier to set up a camp aswell.

I think another benefit for Chris would be controlling the smelting of other nickel mines in the area, considering twiggys nickel mines all were smelted at KNC, he might want to hold something over twiggy after the headaches he has given MINRES at IV & Enslow.

I doubt he is buying it for that reason, more likely he might try and control and squeeze other miners and create more JV's potentially.
