Forgive my ignorance, but what exactly does a consolidation achieve? What changes? And why would it make the company more appealing? Is it merely to trick the less involved into thinking the price has risen. Or to make people believe there haven't been many capital raisings? Why is everybody so obsessed with consolidations?
