EUR will be given ~7.5m shares of CRML (750m US worth @ $10) (Payment for Wolfsberg in shares)
CRML goes to $20 and assuming the market is liquid.
Management will have access to 1.5b USD (2b+ Aussie)
I have tried looking in fine print regardless off market block trades to other institutions if that's allowed and for them to be in the lock out because who knows Tony might have already sold 100m worth of CRML pending listing.
imagine in a couple days getting an announcement saying EUR bank account has $100m aud in it lol.
SEC has deemed fair and legal.
