Yes that would certainly be the smoothest passage, my original post was essentially saying worst case scenario plan b is not so bad and has it's own positives.

I just try to be objective and do the what ifs to decide how much risk to take, personally if the deal falls over which all indicators say it won't and plan B is not good I would reduce my exposure.

Yes I agree it's all a little vague and I actually asked Andrew about that a while ago if they would spin off KNP, he indicated they had no plans to at that time. He did give some indication of how it might be structured but was obviously limited.

He is very professional in what he could disclose in relation to other projects Kalpini etc but suggested that there was a lot of interest but low ball offers in the current market, also was keen to do some more exploration with DFS and JV sorted.

All comments in relation to Andrew are my interpretation and recollection only.
