It's obviously easier to limit billions of people than a few large manufacturers.
Pretty soon the only cars available from new will be EVs.
That's because governments are saying that is all that is allowed to be sold.
You think Chinese manufacturing will get cleaner?
Or that their government cares about the fallout from EV production?
That's laughable.
