Why did Kenneth Nilsson from the Swedish Facebook group 'JA till en FRAMTID utan gruva' (Yes to a future without mining.) make this statement -
"Tonight, at the member meeting, we decided to say no to Talga's graphite breaking in Nunasvara. The battle continues in the next instance."
They have always said No, so why come out and say they have reached a decision to continue to say No. what does this mean.
Have Talga put an offer on the table which they have decided to reject.
Did the Supreme Court ask the parties to come together and make a resolution.
If so, was it was to allow the Sami an opportunity to receive some sort of compensation prior to the appeals decision announcement.
