That link does not cover IP sales. It covers project finance. (As you said). But this is a straight IP sale. It is not linked to any project. I just re-read the IP sale annoucement. Your supporting link simply does not cover the scenario.
I am not sure why you need to get snarky about this. It is a simple question. Will the IP sale for $10 mill, non refundable be included in this half yearly revenue. YES or NO. You say NO. I say YES.
