I am very wary when they have to sell at a discount and give away bonus shares etc. If the business is so damn good they shouldn't have to put sweeteners such as those in.
Think it could be potentially the next telstra or qantas. May have a small short term rise once listed and then do nothing and slowly decrease like telstra etc.
