It's more so twitter that is the problem for these types of things, if you have twitter I'd recommend search $ENV ticker and have a look at all the recent posts and how many engagements the posts get - its in the thousands. HC just adds extra on top.
I don't believe these determine the price of a share in the long term, but in the very short term it seems entirely possible that you might see inflated prices off the back of these things. Particularly in low mc and relatively illiquid stocks, doesn't take much to get them moving and FOMO ensues.
