As a holder of PCL during the Cormorant-1 failure all I can say is good luck, because the hype then was very similar. Having said that, I should have held on to them (sold most at 0.2c which is what they cost me). Kind of ironic posting about PCL on this thread since PCL used to hold most of Walyering EP-447.
