Agree coto, you can't really believe anything they say now. I have not seen a company lose so much credibility and cop so much flak (deservedly so mind you) on HC in the entire time 15 years I have been using the platform. The tirades here should send a strong message, but me thinks RH could not give a f****. He hasn't even had one strike yet. The major SHs need to get on board and get this management team out of there !
