How would involvement from a Venture capitalists or Private equity group look for Paradigm, page-42

We don't have anywhere near enough in membership to act on our own. Although every member of our group is free to vote as they see fit, I imagine Scott Williams would have our collective support as long as his intention is to steady the ship, keep it afloat and moving in the right direction.

Because of the interrelationships of individuals on HC and beyond, I suspect he might already know about us.

Hope he never needs to reach out, but we would be very receptive to supporting any move designed to improve the health and prospects of our company.
