I'll take your word on it. I can't remember all posts made. I can't remember what you had in your post you moderated the other day. You may not have seen it but DB responded to one of my posts today with:
"Mr H I’m pretty sure that .04% was used by Ivz in that Helium announcement.
From what I’ve managed to google though it looks like around .3% would be commercial on its own.".

I agree that commerciality is determined for each project and what is minimum in one, doesn’t necessarily translate to another.
