The “long shot” is priced in to the market cap, if it was 50/50 by official polling the market cap would be 100mil already.
But those in the know wouldn’t announce that publicly, they would look to accumulate a position at discount prices. Especially on a project like Toro, the best pure Uranium WA play which has had the legwork done by retail holders.
