au contraire. We've seen many MOU's signed. EXR signed an MOU with Clarke Energy back in 2020 or 2021 which has gone no where. TMK signed a MOU with Petro China which went nowhere. There's zero infrastructure, no entity has flowed gas to commercial levels to date. And even if or when it happens, the asset will be worth a pittance compared to what it'd be worth in a western country with infrastructure.
When the man himself says the Queensland asset is the main game now it's probably time to pay attention.
