Australia has been too “lite-Reg” for far too long and being the Deep South of the consumer protection world was never great for Australia or it’s economy.
SGR should have got the point and staffed up, not chronically understaffed and left themselves in this position.
ClubsNSW, QUeensland gaming Venues, Victorian gaming venues should also be audited and probably audited harder than SGR was back in the day as their regulation appears to be softer.
