It's starting to feel that way. I agree with the comments about "face" but just think of it logically as well.

ESG tick, so no opposition there
No local governance issues, seems aus govt is on board
Geopolitically huge for numerous reasons and specifically beneficial to the Japanese

Doing business with keiretsu is the logical choice for this caliber of asset. The capex hurdle is too big to clear otherwise, but we also have an asset that just can't be replicated in the western world. So both parties have what the other NEEDS. Mutually beneficial and a good win-win.

As a side note, really pleased with management and how prudent they have been with cash this entire time.
