I give management a pass mark as, what they said they will do has mostly been done. Exploration does not guarantee result. They cannot control politics in the UK. The project needs to stack up for the least favorable conditions. Energy self interest will rule out eventually.
Their entitlement mentality is a different point and I have always voted against performance shares as they have never aligned with the risk of the money I have invested personally.
