from the relationship between price and moving averages we can clearly see the stock is bullish short term and bullish mid-long term , plv should continue to run , and test the next resistance of 67c in a day or two, due to the massive consolidation phase it has been in over the last year , i am expecting a huge run from plv, $1.50 is not out of the question in the short term
