Because I know full well when you have to rely on govt to build anything it will be a 10 to 15 year lead time.
Very simple mate - everyone here is just taking the rosy and naive outlook . Oh the govt has funds and say they will build it so it will be built.
Ain't going to happen anything soon i can assure you.
