So the timing of the CR is quite “interesting”. Yes, the company needed money so it was question of time, BUT if you had slightest chance to show any positive trend to support the share price and mainly the outlook, you would likely delay the CR couple of months later. And so my view is:
1. MASS SPECC revenue is not to flow in anytime soon, at least not within next 1-2 months. As if you could have shown at least minimal growth in revenue month on month, it would be better to wait and possibly raise at premium with the prospect of the business taking off.
2. the CR has been decided in a rush seeing share price falling and absolutely nothing to prop it up with a good announcement in short term.
3. the expectation its not going to do that well in short term is supported by zero buying on market by company directors ahead to it.
and the “awesome” 0.1$ per transaction revenue is just a carrot that we are supposed to look at. But the revenue of 100-1000 $ from will not cut it when it comes to directors salaries.
